The matrix method of developing organizational and economic mechanism of management of the enterprises resource potential and evaluating its efficiency

Abstract
Many researchers investigate resource capacity of the enterprises and the corresponding organizational and economic mechanism of management in their works. Researchers emphasize the complex nature of creation and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of the enterprises resource capacity. They also study its subsystems and blocks. At the same time, the dominance in the scientific literature of the process approach to modeling the organizational and economic mechanism for managing resource potential prevents a qualitative solution to the problem of developing system indicators for evaluating its efficiency. The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of using alternative approaches to developing an effective model of organizational and economic mechanism of management of the enterprises resource potential. Researchers prove that organizational and economic mechanisms of management of the enterprises resource opportunities may vary in industry specialization; available level of resources and developed managerial skills of leadership; tasks which the enterprise plans to solve. Special characteristics of the organizational and economic mechanism of management are shown when resource potential as management object is being investigated in more detail. In this article, it is proposed to consider the resource potential at the stages of its process and the levels of organization of economic entities and management. In the paper it is proved that there is actually a direct link between the reproduction of the resource potential of enterprises and the increase of the resource potential of the region as a whole. Based on this conclusion, it is proposed to apply a matrix approach, whereby the study of the efficiency of the resource potential management process can be carried out comprehensively, taking into account the benefits of other approaches. According to the results of the matrix approach, a matrix scheme is developed, which develops specific characteristics-criteria of the efficiency of management actions in the formation, adaptation and development of resource potential of enterprises from the point of view of increasing the resource capabilities of the region, which will provide a mutually positive impact on the conditions of management of branch enterprises in the region.
