THE MEANING OF THE CONCEPT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE PRINCIPLES

Abstract
In the article we have a theoretical study of the meaning of the concept of the principles of criminal justice. The analysis of the legal literature on the concept of principles is carried out. The ambiguity of the position of researchers on this issue is revealed. A parallel was made with the criminal procedural statute of other neighboring states. The necessity of developing and researching the essence of principles in the future is justified, since there is no straightforward opinion on this matter.
