THE METHOD OF LEGAL REGULATION AND THE FUNCTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE-TORTABLE LAW

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of developments in the theory of law and the science of administrative law, features of the method of legal regulation of administrative-tort law are disclosed. The norms of the legislation of Ukraine on administrative responsibility are analyzed, in which features of methods and types of legal regulation of administrative-tort law are displayed. Attention is drawn to the fact that the method of legal regulation helps to reveal the features of not only the regulatory and protective functions of law, but also the special features of the implementation of restrictive and human rights functions of administrative-tort law.
