THE MODEL AND STRUCTURE OF TECHNICAL COMPETENCE OF JUNIOR SPECIALISTS IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

Abstract
Modern medical institutions are equipped with a fair amount of different curative facilities, diagnostical devices, computer equipment to record medical, biological and physiological data specifically and to optimize the work of medical staff in general. As of today, medical staff of any rank must deal with technical equipment, so it must be “accordingly adapted to transformation of modern medicine and professional usage of modern methods and devices in professional activity” [1]. Our article is dedicated to the development of the model of formation and the structure of technical competence in the process of educating natural sciences to students in graduate medical education institutions which perform specialist training. Technical competence is an important criterion of professional competence of mid-level medical industry specialists therefore needs paying attention.
