THE NEGATIVE ASPECT OF FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION IN TRADE UNIONS

Abstract
This publication contains a discussion of the negative aspect of freedom of association, analyzed both in the individual and the collective. The sphere of negative liberty is no basis in international law and national level, and so far has been considerations in the body of this article. Applicable laws were also confronted with the statutes of trade unions both in terms of where they implement the rules of jus cogens, as well as those that can not be attributed to asset realization rules generally applicable law.<br/><br/>
