The new type of crime, connected with using of informative and telecommunication systems

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the issues of using the cyber-domain for criminal aims that have been considered through the example of certain crimes under XII section of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is confirm, that nowadays there are all main «classical» cybercrimes in Ukraine. Among them, for example, are: fraud, unauthorized access to the users’ personal information and automate data bases, arms and drug sale, porno peddling etc. The society’s morality is suffered from some of the enumerated crimes. In this sphere as the negative last time phenomenon we can consider the appearance and development of the new for Ukrainian media landscape occurrence as webcam-business. The essence of this business is the internet chatting with using webcams between a webmodel and a man-spectator on a paid basis. It is stressed, that the webcam-business is a very developed brunch. There are certain schemes of its employment, own rules and slang, strategies of its further development and increasing of income. Some ways of bringing in this business have been also considered. It is argued, that in real the webcam-business is an internet-prostitution, one of brunches of shadowy porn industry. The Ukrainian one is «specialized» on countries of the Western Europe and North America. It is underlined, that online studios that are specialized in the manufacture of porn in the regime of real time and spread their product through the Internet and are the platform for webcam-models work are special social danger. The article also looks at the issues of the criminal law estimation of the analyzed illegal activity. The author also used the appropriate court practice of Kharkiv. The further criminological analyses of the webcam-business with the aim of searching of the negative consequences of its spreading and processing the algorithm of its criminal law estimation of such phenomena on the practice are proposed as the perspective directions of the scientific research of this problem.
