THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE PHYSICAL TRAINING OF JUNIORS ON PHYSICAL CULTURE WITH THE USE OF FREE FIGHT AGAINST ELEMENTS

Abstract
The youths were examined, among them there were no students with a high level of physical capacity. In most students, low levels of functional state of the body. The mentioned is proved the need to improve the level of physical activity of boys by introducing elements of free fight in physical culture classes.
