THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS OF THE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS IN THE STATE ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES:CONDITION AND PROBLEMS OF THE LEGAL REGULATIONS

Abstract
The article examines the organizational and legal forms of the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the state administration activities of Ukraine. Its condition and problems of the legal regulation have been analyzed. The factors that restrain the full application of conciliation procedures in the legal practice of Ukraine have been determined. The increasing efficiency directions of the public administration in the dispute and conflict resolution have been suggested.
