THE PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF E-COURT TO THE CIVIL PROCEDURE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
It is proved that e-justice will improve the length of court trial and lessen the court expenses. The foreign legislation in the sphere of e-justice has been compared. The Civil Procedure Code has been researched in order to add some elements of e-justice. Some problems concerning e-filing have been defined. It is important to provide also paper bringing lawsuit. The circumstances for the successful implementation of the eCourt in civil procedure of Ukraine have been defined.
