THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MOTIVATION TO THE STUDY DURING CHORAL-CONDUCTING TRAINING OF THE FUTURE MUSIC THEACERS

Abstract

The article describes the problem of pedagogical conditions which promote the development of motivation of the future teachers of music to the teaching during the choral&conducting training. The article contains the analysis of the scientific literature concerning the above&mentioned issue. The essence, content and structure of the motivation of the future specialists to the learning process in the higher educational establishments were specified. Its emphasized that the motivation for a music education plays a significant role in the choral&conducting art. This phenomenon helps to shape creative abilities of the future teachers of music from the natural gifts, influenced by the pedagogical environment, as a result of voluntary attraction to mastering values of choral&conducting and creative self& actualization. Its noticed that the process of motivation of the students to the teaching is carried in unity with realization of their creative potential through an aspiration to self&expression and maximum expression of art& performing possibilities. There are some pedagogical conditions which contribute to an effective development of motivation to choral&conducting: the activation of interest to the choral&conducting activities; the development of the aspiration to the creative achievements during choral&conducting of the future teachers of music; the formation of responsibility for the results of the choral& conducting training. These pedagogical conditions promote for professional development of students through the interest in choral conducting; their active self& realization and self&expression; the designing of the pedagogical monitoring of artistic and educational achievements of students, and the forming of the positive image of their future profession.
