THE PERSONALITY OF THE TEACHER ANDRAGOG IN THE CONTEMPORARY EDUCATIONAL SPACE (FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION)

Abstract
The article indicates that the improvement of adult education is becoming increasingly important, which is determined by the flexibility, dynamism, and sensitivity of responding to contemporary socio-economic needs. It has its essential features due to many factors, among which the personality of the teaching staff (andragogue teachers) who works with the adult audience is extremely important. The author studies the experience of the Russian Federation with regard to the personality of the modern andragogger.
