THE PLANNING OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ACTIVITY IN THE CONTEXT OF EDUCATIONAL CHANGES

Abstract
In the article the author specifies the essence of the concepts planning, demands for planning, functions of planning. The advantages of program of development of educational institution and its differences from conventional long-range plan are analyzed. The components of Program of Development of Lyceum № 157 in Kyiv which consists of five chapters and topical units to each chapter are presented. Each chapter comprises a goal, tasks and priorities of work.
