THE POLYPHONY OF CRUELTY OF SOCIAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article considers basic levels of human rights transformations as social value and juridical-political concept into foundations of opportunities and conditions, that narrow down (or even sometimes exterminate) social interests, expectations and values as by separate personalities as at social communities. On this basis, the author has introspected the values and existential origins. He has also introspected moral and depth anthropological meaningful meanings of human rights. The cruelty of the ensemble of inequality relations, that creates the social aspect deprives often the author in modern societies the real provision of human rights and deep moral positions in general. Three levels of the polyphony of the cruelty of the social aspect are singled out and conceptualized, where the social objects are substantially limited and self-determined: social and law; social and political; interpersonal, including sexual, sphere of social relations. Special attention is paid on level of close interpersonal and sexual connections in societies.
