THE PRINCIPLES OF UKRAINE TERRITORIAL SYSTEM AS THE BASIS OF THE TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY OF THE STATE

Abstract
The article explored territorial system of principles as the basis of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. The author proves that principles of territorial government system have continued in the framework of principles of the economic system of Ukraine. In particular, the system economic principles of the Ukraine important areas of define implementation guidelines combination of centralization and decentralization in exercising government power and balanced socio-economic development. Generally divided into the following groups of principles on which the territorial integrity, international, constitutional, institutional and principles of reform of the administrative-territorial system in Ukraine.
