THE PROBLEMS OF EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF THE STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of defenition and research of motivation of educational and professional activity of the students of higher educational institutions. A number of native and foreign theoretical conceptions of the formation of educational and professional motivations are analyzed. The system of factors is distinguished and it determines the motivation of educational and professional activity of the students of higher educational institutions. The attention is focused on the need to develop appropriate procedures for managing students' educational and professional activities through the purposeful motivational influence.
