THE RELATIONSHIP PROPERTY: FEATURES, STRUCTURE AND REGULATORY FUNCTIONING IN MODERN ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article discusses theoretical approaches to the definition of the essence of the institution of property as a complex basic economic system. Structural blocks forming the institutional architectural property in the context of trends and patterns of its development and functioning are determined. The institutional forms of ownership on means of production which are based on the principles of economic relations inherent in the modern economic system are considered.
