THE ROLE AND PLACE OF LOGISTICS IN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The company carries out the tasks and sets the objectives as a result of the management decisions taken by the relevant authorities. Management is a set of actions taken by the company management in order to generate the desired processes and phenomena which should result in the betterment of a company. Basic areas of the management of logistics processes in the company are: transportation, warehousing, inventory maintenance, customer service, order processing, flow of information. Availability is the most essential goal that should be achieved. Access to information, products or available resources. Logistics is a system, the implementation of which is to regulate the activities across the enterprise. Today it is an indispensable element of any organization.
