THE ROLE OF PERSONALLY-ORIENTED TECHNOLOGY OF EDUCATION IN THE ARTISTIC DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PRESCHOOL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article reveals the meaning of the concept of “personality-oriented technology of learning”, defined its charac- teristic features: individual approach, humanistic orientation of content, uniqueness of personal experience as a source of individuality. It is emphasized that with the use of individually oriented learning, are happens enrichment, transformation of expe- rience, which contributes to the development of the inner world of personality. Personally oriented learning involves cooperation, self-development of the individual in the pedagogical process. Priority in the learning process is a student with his own individual characteristics, experience, personal qualities. The teacher needs to reveal the student’s personal experience, his creative and intellectual potential, which is then taken into account in the teaching work, for developing and filling with new achievements. The result of personality − oriented learning is the formation of a unique individuality, creativity, aspiration for active cognitive activity. The article provides an analysis of publications on the topic. The article describes the author’s definition of the concept of “art-pedagogical technology for the training of students of future educators”: a set of goals, methods, means, operations, techniques, conditions and forms of training organiza- tion, system of actions of the teacher and students aimed at increasing the effectiveness of artistic development of students. The author defines the basic principles of personality-oriented art– pedagogical technology of teaching: the principle of stimulation of artistic and creative activity, the principle of cultural orientation, the principle of the impact of various types of art, the principle of participative.
