THE RULE OF LAW IN THE SYSTEM OF THE PRINCIPLES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article attempts to analyze the rule of law principle from the point of view of its action in the system of principles of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine. The problematic aspects of understanding this concept and the directions of reforming the administrative judicial process are outlined.
