THE SELECTION OF METHODS AND METHODICS FOR THE DIAGNOSING OF CONSULTING PROJECTS IMPLEMENTATION RESULTS

Abstract
Methods for the diagnosing of consulting projects implementation results are characterized. The features of technique for the diagnosing of consulting projects implementation results for en-terprises are given. A matrix of the choice of the basic methodic for the diagnosing of consulting projects results for machine-building enterprises was developed. Advantages and disadvantages of using the cascade model of managing complex consulting projects are determined. The use of a spiral model as a basis for managing process of developing consulting projects are proposed, which better meets needs and principles for the diagnosing implementation results of these projects in the practice of domestic machine-building enterprises.
