THE TREATY AND LEGAL RELATIONS OF UKRAINE WITH THE SUBJECTS OF FOREIGN FEDERAL STATES

Abstract
The article considers the limited practice of Ukraine’s conclusion of international legal agreements with the subjects of federal states. The treaties mainly concluded of the powers of individual ministries. On the example of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Tatarstan, the legal procedure for concluding such a treaty and the applicable norms of inter¬national law have been clarified, legal conditions for its implementation have been examined, which confirm membership in international public law treaties.
