THE USE OF INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP POTENCIAL IN ABORIGINAL PEOPLES’ SCHOOLING IN CANADA

Abstract

In the article the problem of inclusive leadership usage in aboriginal peoples’ schooling in Canada has been studied. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature which highlights distinct aspects of the problem under research has been conducted. The experience of partnership organization between school and parents, leaders of aboriginal communities has been examined. The use of traditional pedagogy of aboriginal peoples and modern pedagogical strategies for upgrading progress level of aboriginal students has been rationalised. The conclusions and perspectives for further study of the problem under research have been presented.
