The use of information and telecommunication technologies in combating economic crimes: problems of theory and practice

Abstract
The article outlines the main theoretical and practical problems of use of information and telecommunication technologies in counteracting economic crimes and some ways of their solution have been proposed. It has been determined that the main modern problems of using information and telecom-munication technologies by criminal police during counteraction to economic crimes are: insuf-ficient theoretical development of problems of use of information and telecommunication tech-nologies by criminal police during counteraction to economic crimes; imperfection of regulatory and legal regulation of the use of information and telecommunication technologies by the crimi-nal police during counteraction to economic crimes; Ineffective organization of the activities of criminal police units in the use of information and telecommunication technologies in countering economic crimes.
