The Use of Learning Technologies and the Role of innovations in Teachers’ Activity in Higher Education System

Abstract
The article deals with the study of learning technologies, their influence on the educational activities, the attitude of teachers to innovations, and their implementation in the teaching-learning process. It is also stated in the research that there exist different reasons for implementing innovations in education. Moreover, it is emphasized that the use of learning technologies improves the quality of education, arises the students’ interest to learning, and leads to essential changes of their personality.
