THEORETICAL AND LEGAL GENERALIZATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE DEFENSE “LEGISLATIVE PROCESS”

Abstract
This article is devoted to the theoretical and legal aspects of the legislative process. The main focus is on clarifying the content of the definition of “legislative process”. It is stressed that the latter can be considered in the broad, and in the narrow sense.
