THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF SPECIALIST IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
The development of the construction industry is currently the most progressive and most active direction in the coun- try, aimed at the European level and requires its modernization, which in turn requires the need for highly skilled builders. The growth of scientific and technological progress, the introduction of innovative technologies, means and materials necessitate the reform of vocational education. The article deals with the training of junior specialists in the field of construction: their functional duties of produnion possible positions. The conceptual model and deductive basis of national education – didactic triad “knowledge – ability – skills” are analyzed, its relevance for the present time. On the basis of scientific researches of scientists-pedagogues the theoretical aspects of formation of professionalism of builders are elucidated, information on the concept of “professional competence” is substantiated and generalized, the theoretical ways of its formation are outlined, essence and its main components, their interconnection are revealed. The criteria of formation of professional competence, their role in the life of the individual are determined. The characteristic of state and industry standards of educational-qualification level, which includes humanitarian, social and economic, natural sciences, professional and practical training courses of junior specialists, and should provide the necessary competencies is given. The main key and basic professional and social competences defined by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union are analyzed. The researchers investigate the primary factors influencing qualitative training, namely: value-motivational fac- tor, that is, socially and psychologically sound choice of future profession; choice of educational institution, conscious, responsible attitude to theoretical and practical training, co-ordination in society; professional formation of a student as a specialist-builder for all time. The decisive role of teachers who must motivate the student and take care of his professional knowledge, develop y, creativity and critical thinking are outlined. Formed over a long period of time, competences (knowledge, ability, practi- cal skills) provide great opportunities for construction professionals to realize themselves in their profession and enter the European labor market, provide decent living standards, physical and psychological health, recognition, self-satisfaction and a normal social environment.
