Abstract
In the article the theoretical concepts of economic development of innovative economy. The study of the theoretical concepts of economic and innovative development is determined that the key to a decent strategic development of Ukraine in terms of integration into the modern geopolitical space is the successful functioning of the state innovation policy and its transformation into a set of measures for management of science and technology, a key element of the whole system of state regulation innovative development of the economy.
