Theoretical principles of forming the professional competence of the future teacher of the primary school

Abstract

The article highlights the peculiarities of the formation of the professional competence of the future teacher of elementary school. Different approaches are considered in the training of future teachers as a prerequisite for the preparation of a competitive teacher. The emphasis is placed on the need for the development of fundamentally new approaches to the development of the primary education system. The content of the concepts of “competence” and “competence” is revealed. One of the most important features of higher education is the growth of the value of professional competence of a future specialist. Competency specialist differs from the qualified by the fact that he not only possesses certain knowledge, skills and skills necessary for his productive professional activity, but also implements them in his work. In a context of globalization, the need for competence is the most important sign and need of every person. Competence helps the specialist to effectively solve various tasks related to his professional activities. The future teacher of elementary school should realize itself through obtaining a pedagogical education as a professional specialist, a former professional culture and a highly educated personality. We believe that professional competence will contribute to qualitative entry into the labor market, increase the competitiveness of the individual, significantly activates potential professional opportunities. Thus, the formation of the professional competence of the future teacher of elementary school comes to the fore as crucial for the country’s progressive development. The research of scientists convincingly proves that the quality of professional competence of the future teacher in the conditions of higher pedagogical school determines the level of education and education of the future generation of our state
