To improve the content of major groups of competencies of the future teachers of labour training

Abstract

At the present stage of development of pedagogical science and higher education important to the problem of the justification of the essence of the competence approach in education. The competence approach in education is the concern of well-known scholars, reveal the essence of the competence approach in education, highlighting the problem of formation of kompetentnosti of future specialists. The value of this problem is due to changes in the system of higher education where a course on the humanization and democratization on the formation of personality as the Supreme value of society, its socialization. In this article the author reveals the structure of competences in higher education. The basic theoretical aspects of ways of formation of competences at students of pedagogical universities. The structure of key competences and structure of the key competences necessary for professional activity of future teachers of labour training. Based on the main groups of competences, improved competence of students of pedagogical universities listed in modern curricula.
