Tools systematic approach to performance management activities of industrial enterprises

Abstract
Introduction. The activities of modern industrial requirements and significant market developments accentuate the issue of rapid adaptation management system, including the achievement of theoretical and practical importance. Improving the management, including performance management of the company, the procedure requires filling it with appropriate tools and methods that fully enhance management efficiency in a changing market environment and achieve the strategic goal of industrial enterprises. The purpose and objectives. Despite the small number of scientific studies on the management entities, virtually no software development tool on management performance of the industrial enterprise. The article is to outline the instruments systematic approach to performance management of industrial enterprises in terms of transformation. Methods. The study used a generalization, systematization, empirical research, systematic and logical approach to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for instrumental support management performance of the industrial enterprise. Results. The proposed system of analytical performance management tools of industrial enterprises, which, unlike the existing system is based on semantic approaches and indicators determining components of the entity for use in the process of policy making. The use of the proposed tools allow for efficient performance management of industrial enterprise. Conclusion. The proposed instrument performance management of industrial enterprise management enables subjects to choose the tools to maximize efficiency of the management process and accelerate the strategic goal of the company, given the current dynamism of changes in the environment.
