Toxic reactions of skin

Abstract

Skin is the most frequent target of drug reactions, possibly due to their easy identification. Up to 90 % of the symptoms are related to drug hypersensitivity. Medicinal rashes are caused by systemic drugs. Most drugs can induce erythematous rashes in almost 1 % of patients. Clinical manifestations of drug eruptions have a significant variability. Polypragmasy aggravates the risk of medical problems and worsens health.
