TRANSFORMATION OF THE STATE FUNDING MECHANISM OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In order to ensure stabilization of the economy and restore sustainable economic growth in Ukraine, institutional changes and increased funding of transport sector in the national economy has been made in the recent years. The article reveals the state of public financing of transport infrastructure in Ukraine from 2014 to 2017. The latest trends in the legislative provision and changes in the direction of public financing of roads in Ukraine are given. Detailed analysis of funding sources and recommendations for further reforms of mechanism to support the transport industry in accordance with European standards and the government announced reforms has been made.
