Journal Title: Rehabilitacja w Praktyce - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 5
Abstract
Stabilization and functional training is a form of physical activity that has been developed in recent times due to a series of studies involving physiology, neurophysiology and physiotherapy. The main objective of this training is neuromuscular control. Based on the articles from the MedLine, PubMed and GBL databases the authors have demonstrated that stabilization and functional training is a safe, effective and comprehensive strategy in the prevention of chronic lumbar back pain.
