TYPICAL METHODS OF CRIMES COMMISSION RELATED WITH NONTARGET BUDGET USE ALLOTTED TO THE WORK WITH WASTES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of typical methods of committing crimes related to the misuse of budget funds allocated for work with waste. The scientific and terminological questions of the method of committing a crime are found out. The views expressed in the legal literature on the notion of a method of committing a crime as an element of a forensic characteristic of a crime are analyzed. The typical methods of preparation, direct execution and concealment of crimes connected with the misuse of budget funds allocated for work with waste are given.
