Abstract
Poumanova A.S. Development of staff management: coordination of strategy, her economic maintenance and manpower policy. Research article is dedicated to researching one of the most topical problems, which occurs in front of any domestic enterprise: development of staff management by coordination of strategy and manpower policy. On the basis of practical material usage there has been demonstrated influence of enterprise social, economical, organizational activity directions on staff management level. There have been revealed the meanings of definitions “staff management” and “manpower policy”. There has also been determined interrelation of staff management and manpower policy level in context of enterprise development strategy. There has been carried out analysis of demand for labor in Ukraine and revealed current situation of manufacturing enterprises. There has been grounded influence of staff development planning on staff management level. There has been determined the place of staff planning in enterprise general strategy. There have been elaborated the methodical approaches for staff management perfection on the basis of manpower policy realization. There have been determined the components of staff management subsystem. There have been elaborated the methodical recommendations as to staff complex motivation program building. There has been introduced the algorithm of enterprise development strategy generation.
