One of the key determinants in Sino-American relations is position of USA to China in North Korean’s problem regulation. 3. Informative fulfill of relations with European allies. Donald Trump declared that NATO’s members have to increase their defense costs to 2% of GDP, while now only five from 28 members of Alliance accomplish that requirement. Despite of that USA repeatedly speak out against planned agreement about free trade between USA and EU – Transatlantic trade and investment partnership. 4. Evolution of relations between Moscow and Washington. “Hot spots” of American-Russian relations are problems of Syria, Ukrainian issue, Russian position toward sanctions to DPRK. US foreign policy in APR as earlier will be in providing overwhelming “engagement and leadership” in all regional processes. The reason of similar claims will be in consolidation of own military forces in region and bilateral military-political unions (first of all with Japan).
