Use of methods of conducting military intelligence by the forces of law and order protection during the fulfillment of tasks for ensuring state security

Abstract
The article deals with the use of methods of conducting military intelligence by the forces of law and order protection during the fulfillment of tasks for ensuring state security. The authors analyze the organization of military intelligence search, on-the-fly in a crisis situation that threatens national security. The article focuses on the method and sequence of actions, the combat order and the tasks of the elements of combat order, which is important for the development of science and understanding of the problem and the prospects for using the category of "crisis situations that threaten national security" in the modern legal science and practice of the security and defense sector. The combat order and the way of group action in the case of an attack in each case depend on the purpose of the conduct, the location of the object, the forces and nature of the enemy's actions, the composition and security of the group and the conditions of the area at the site and in the area of its placement. Taking into account the conditions of conducting a way of action during the raid, they are divided into: a sudden silent attack; attack after enemy fire suppression. It was emphasized that the expansion of tasks, the purpose of search and raid, the increase of combat capabilities of the involved units, makes it possible to apply them not only as a way of intelligence, but also as a way of fighting forces of law enforcement in modern conditions.
