USE OF METHODS OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR ASSESSMENT OF RISK OF BAKERY ENTERPRISES ACTIVITY IN LONG-TERM PERIOD

Abstract
The article discusses with the main methodological aspects of risk assessment on the example of bakery enterprises. Using the methods of multivariate statistical analysis, the state of bakery enterprises is analyzed on the level of longterm risk. With the help of cluster analysis tools, groups of enterprises with typical signs of riskiness of activities are identified. The means of factor analysis allowed identifying the main factors that ensure the competitive advantages of enterprises in the context of minimizing the level of risk activity in the long run.
