Variable Velocity Solitary Wave Solution of KP Equation with Variable Coefficients and Generalized KP Equation with Variable Coefficients

Abstract
Based on the simplified homogeneous balance principle,a nonlinear transformation from the solution of a quadratic homogeneity equation to the solution of the KP equation with variable coefficients was derived.Since the quadratic homogeneity equation admitted an exponential type solution,the solitary wave solution with variable velocity of KP equation with variable coefficients was obtained based on the nonlinear transformation.The result can be extended to the generalized KP equation with general variable coefficients.
