VENTUROUS PERSONALITY IN THE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

Abstract
This article deals with the theoretical review of the risk issue and venturous personality issue. Different works of domestic and foreign scientists are analyzed in this article – the psychological features of venturous personality that covers a wide range of personal features are presented as well. In this article are also considered the issues of venturousness in social and professional spaces. The psychological features of the main groups of venturous personalities - whose activities or inactions may cause the negative consequences for any institution - are marked in this work. The subjective risk factors were analyzed, within which there were considered the incompetence of staff, the lack of experience or ability to make decisions in the uncertain situations and the venturousness of personality as well.
