VITAMIN «С» IS THE MARKER OF THE GENERAL STATE OF HUMAN HEALTH

Abstract
The article generalizes theoretical questions about the value of vitamin C in human life, its pharmacological action, content in products of plant and animal origin; the properties of ascorbic acid and its content in food (in particular, in pepper and lemon juice), medicinal products (ascorbic acid, tablets, dragees) and dietary supplements (vitamin C plus, “Nutrilite”) are practically researched.
