Vocational training content design

Abstract
The article defines the concept of designing the content of vocational education,. reasonable and uncover a design problemof vocational training skilled workers. In the current socio-economic conditions have changed the requirements for designing the content of training skilled workers in vocational schools. New requirements for training of production personnel necessitated the search for new pedagogical techniques for mastering the content of future skilled workers competence oriented education. The urgency of the social problems caused by the changes in science and production, media training needs of society in the new occupations that cause changes in the training of skilled workers. Growth intellectual and creative work, the need for integrated professions in modern production requires skilled workers mastering system capabilities required for the formation of professional competence of graduates of vocational schools. In pedagogical experiment conducted on a pilot vocational schools of Ukraine from 2013 to 2015, the laboratory staff the content of vocational education and training Institute of Vocational Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine introduced new approaches to quality designing the content of training skilled workers building , engineering industries and enterprises of restaurant economy based.
