ВПЛИВ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ НА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ РЕСУРСНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
Shovkun L.V. The influence of managerial system on the effectiveness of agricultural enterprises’ resource potential usage. The results of managerial effectiveness evaluation at agricultural enterprises in Kharkiv region that determine the increasing of managerial labor productiveness and profitability of executive staff have been analyzed. An increase in the proportion of administrative staff in the total number of employees indicates the delegation of the part of manager’s functional duties to the executive staff. It is due to the increase of profitable enterprises number and the effective development of strategic management on the farms and also to the adoption of targeted management decisions in the manufacturing sector. Based on the methodical approach to the estimation of the influence of resource potential components (labor resources, main production assets and land resources) on the agricultural enterprises’ resource potential using the two-factor dispersion complex, the degree of influence of the above mentioned factors has been established. The obtained criteria of the probability of the influence of factor features on the result indicate the reliability of the carried out calculations. The dependence of economic activity on the management structure has been investigated. In general, the result of the employee’ of the management apparatus work is characterized by the level or degree of achievement of the management goal with minimal expenses. In this case the correct determination of the quantitative and qualitative indicators that reflect the goals of the enterprise or the division becomes important. The problem of resources supply of agricultural enterprises has been investigated. This problem becomes complicated because of the fact that due to several reasons including the economic crisis in the agro industrial complex, the instability of the price mechanism and the financial policy of the state, the agrarian sector is not an investment attractive area. The updating of the material and technical base takes place unsatisfactory. Key words: economy, effectiveness, result, profitability, income, strategic management, agricultural enterprises.
