ВЗАЄМОДІЯ ОСВІТИ І СУЧАСНИХ МЕДІА: РИЗИКИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ

Abstract
It is noted that the changes taking place in modern education depend on those global processes that take place in society. In particular, it concerns virtualization, informatization and medialization. The benefits of education as a result of these processes, as well as the negative consequences and risks are noted. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of education with the media sphere. Objective growth of the role of media comes in contradiction with the practice of their use in the education process. In the domestic education, underestimation still exists of the opportunities of modern media, their teaching and educational potential. However, medialization opens up wide opportunities for introducing new, understandable and relevant to the needs of the new generation, forms of organization of the education process, through which it is possible to activate the involvement of those who study as full-fledged subjects of the education process. Three possible scenarios of the interaction of education with the media sphere, developed by S.Aufenhager, are considered, and the corresponding models are analyzed, namely, “Classical”; “Assimilative”; “Progressive”. It is noted that the most relevant model is the third one, according to which modern media in education, firstly, provide a communicative format of training, and secondly, serve as the basis for independent simulation of education by those who study.
