ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ И ПРОФИЛАКТИКА СНИЖЕНИЯ ДВИГАТЕЛЬНОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ

Abstract

The article considers the problem of preserving the health of junior schoolchildren. It is indicated that the motor activity of the schoolchild consists of the daily and the periodic.At the same time, the motor activity of the schoolchild should take at least 1/5 of the daily budget. Three lessons of physical education a week do not compensate for the lack of physical activity. In all cases, the motor activity of children should be organized so as to prevent inactivity and at the same time not lead to fatigue. The primary responsibility for replenishing the motor activity of students in school is assigned to physical education lessons. The principle should be the absence of physical education, freed from lessons, because they need more than others to restore and strengthen their health. The article also describes the health elements of saving technologies in the classroom and in extra-curricular activities, gives recommendations on the organization and conduct of small forms that play an additional role in the system of physical education. They are an important factor in optimizing the functional state of the organism involved, contribute to maintaining a high level of efficiency, and increase the level of motor activity.
