СУЩНОСТЬ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИХ РИСКОВ И ПУТИ ИХ ПРЕОДОЛЕНИЯ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the socio-pedagogical approach to the study of the problem of risk faced by pupils, parents, and teachers (individually and collectively) due to pedagogical influence on them, and the risk of the teacher himself who exerts this influence. In this article the most significant personal, physical and technological risks are considered. It is emphasized that personal risk as a source of personal development arises if the strategic goals of education are in resonance with personal aspirations. Active and competent support from teachers is important here. Physical risk is associated with the health and emotional state of children. These are the main factors characterizing the degree of risk in its justification during the period of intensive introduction of innovations into a modern school. Technological risk is associated with the choice of a teacher, one or another method, this or that known science and practice of technology. The article dwells on the eternal problem of “standards and creativity” in the activity of the representative of one of the most mass professions.
