ВЗАЄМОДІЯ ПОЛІЦІЇ З ІНШИМИ СУБ’ЄКТАМИ ПРОТИДІЇ ЗЛОЧИННОСТІ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the legal category of police cooperation with other subjects of criminal prevention and resistance. The article identifies a range of subjects with which the National Police cooperates for the sake of criminal resistance, classifies the subjects of crime prevention and identifies tasks that contribute to the realization of the goals of effective crime prevention. The scientific provisions on the cooperation of authorities in their activities are also investigated, and a theoretical classification of the cooperation of subjects to achieve a specific goal is carried out. The author reveals the theoretical foundations of the National Police, analyzes and establishes a range of subjects who directly perform actions aimed at criminal resistance, establishes the procedure for National Police cooperation with other subjects in criminal resistance, and provides suggestions for improving this cooperation. The article draws attention to the fact that the state authorities perform actions, which are aimed at criminal resistance at the national level, and local governments, in turn, perform the same activities at the local level. As a result, the priority direction of increasing the cooperation of the police with society was determined, and it was also indicated that the effective fight against crime and the effective criminal prevention are possible not only with the clear cooperation of all structures and departments of the police, but also with the clear cooperation of the police with other subjects whose activities are aimed at preventing crime.
