WAYS OF INCREASING ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF DOMESTIC HOP-GROWING

Abstract
Purpose. Estimation of the size of the increase of the indicators of economic efficiency due to the introduction of modernization changes on the basis of domestic hop enterprises in the implementation of certain scenarios (optimistic, pessimistic and realistic). Methodology of research. In order to achieve the goal, the following methods have been used in the research process: observation and statistical analysis (for studying the state of hop-growing in Ukraine); graphical and tabular (for visual display of research results); correlation-regression analysis (for determination of predictive parameters of yield of hops in agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region); complex analysis (for drawing up conclusions and suggestions on expediency of modernization of domestic hop growing enterprises). Findings. The main indicators of the efficiency of the enterprises of the hop-growing industry in Ukraine were investigated. The emphasis was placed on the fact that further development of production of hops should take place on the basis of investment support for the modernization of enterprises of the domestic industry of hop-growing, with the priority objects of modernization should be not only fixed assets, but also material resources (working capital of the sphere of production) and human capital. The key measures to increase the yield of hops in Ukraine were determined. Projected hop productivity parameters in agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region on the basis of correlation-regression analysis, as well as production of granulated hop type 90, cash receipts and net income from its implementation by constructing three scenarios of development of events optimistic, pessimistic and realistic. The expenses for the production and sale of granulated hops of type 90 were determined and the main indicators of economic efficiency of its production in general in Ukraine were calculated. Originality. The primary measures of the modernization of enterprises of hop-growing industry were grounded and the main indicators of their development were predicted on the basis of correlation-regression analysis in the context of pessimistic, optimistic and realistic scenarios. Practical value. The results of the study can be used in the development of a state program for the development of enterprises of hop-growing industry in Ukraine, as well as owners of hop growing enterprises in order to ensure a high level of profitability of activities and their development on an innovative basis.
