Własność pracownicza w krajach europejskich

Abstract
Zasadniczym celem opracowania jest przedstawienie rozmiarów i specyfiki własności pracowniczej w krajach europejskich, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem doświadczeń Wielkiej Brytanii i Francji. Podjęta próba scharakteryzowania własności pracowniczej w Europie została przeprowadzona z wykorzystaniem danych publikowanych przez Europejską Federację Akcjonariatu Pracowniczego. W kontekście przyjętego zakresu tematycznego omówiono istotę własności pracowniczej oraz jej rozmiary i specyfikę w krajach europejskich w latach 2007–2011. W oparciu o przeprowadzoną analizę udziału kapitału pracowniczego w wartości przedsiębiorstw i odsetka podmiotów implementujących własność pracowniczą w dużych europejskich przedsiębiorstwach wskazano niewielką jej skalę.
