WORK WITH THE ENSEMBLE OF BANDURA PLAYERS IN PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article reveals the importance of the Cossack's art in the spiritual revival of the country. Bandura performing has become an important means of educating the national consciousness, promotes the formation of a harmoniously developed personality. A necessary condition for the Music teacher’s professional activity is the ability to perform musical works competently and creatively using the available experience, knowledge and skills. In the folk tradition the bandura was considered to be a vocal accompanying instrument, due to the improvement in the instrument design, the process of “academization” of folk instrumental performance in general, it has become useful for a variety of solo and ensemble forms of musical performance. The development of bandura-player’s personality involving the development of his / her creative abilities and spiritual qualities is on of typical tendencies defining the evolution of the modern musical education. At the present stage modernization of music education requires a fundamentally new approach to the search for new training technologies, improvement of the educational process and system of knowledge expertise. The training of the bandura player is remarkable for its “multidimensionality” ‒ he / she acts as a performer, a teacher and a conductor. The bandura player’s activity combines skills of the soloist and the accompanist. The basis of the art of ensemble performance is the artist’s ability to correlate his performing personality, technical abilities and style as a whole with the relevant qualities of partners for a coordinated and harmonious performing. Artwork enables a person to go through many other people's lives as their own ones, to enrich his / her experience by means of other people’s one / ones. Art as the basis of spiritual culture defines and enriches the human’s inner world, which is manifested through the activities of an individual, aimed at the creation of the Truth, Goodness and Beauty. The developed set of principles can be used in the process of working with an ensemble of bandura players in educational institutions of different types. Ensemble performance improvement will favour active professionalization of bandura art.
